Barrels are bored and rifled using an EDM process (electrostatic discharge machine). This manufacturing method produces the highest possible accuracy and tolerance available today - with an accuracy of +/- 50 millionths of an inch! This method also produces a superior finish of 16 RMS or better, creating one of the finest and most accurate pistol barrels you can buy.
